If the product(s) you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to our warehouse for any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Prohibited/Banned items, only once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse in an undamaged, resalable condition will a Refund for the purchase price of the products be issued, less all shipping costs, tariffs, duties and taxes. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned
